VideoCentric Achieves Cisco Premier Partner Recertification

To be recognised as a Cisco Premier Partner, the team has proven that it can meet rigorous standards of product knowledge, network competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set by Cisco, in addition to achieving technology specialisations in Cisco Collaboration and Video Communications.
For Cisco fiscal year 2016, the Premier Certification also requires partners to ensure a solid process and customer offering for Hybrid IT and cloud models, a new requirement that demonstrates a partners ability to sell either a Cisco Cloud service or managed service based on a Cisco reference architecture.
