By scheduling software updates, the administrator can easily set the time for the update outside of business hours, avoiding meeting interruptions. With a single click, the latest firmware is available in the ClickShare Management Suite and ready to be installed on all units in the network.

The ClickShare Management Suite is very simple to install. All you need is a (virtual) server, on which you can install the software using the ISO image provided.

Because ClickShare Management Suite is a web-based tool, the system administrator can use it anywhere, even remotely.

This first release focuses on providing information and scheduling software updates; next issues will introduce a wealth of interactive features, including reporting and notification.

TWO FLAVOURS OF CLICKSHARE

In order to perfectly answer your needs, ClickShare comes in two flavors: the CSM Base Unit (for standard sized meeting rooms and small collaboration rooms) and the full-featured CSC Base Unit (for high-profile meeting rooms, boardrooms, lecture theatres and conference rooms). In this way, you choose exactly the system you need.

The ClickShare Meeting

The ClickShare CSM-1, designed for the small meeting space, consists of two USB-powered devices (the ClickShare Buttons) and a base unit. The base unit has a fixed connection to the meeting room’s visualization system, and takes care of all the needed processing.

The ClickShare Classic

The ClickShare CSC-1, designed for the larger meeting space, enables the display of content from up to 4 users simultaneously, and enables up to 64 buttons to be wirelessly connected to the base unit, ready to share. Furthermore, perfectly synchronised sound and video ensures that movie clips can be optimally enjoyed. 

Rack Mount Kit
