National Call Service – With a flat-fee tariff
of just 12p per minute per participant
you can organise a multi-site meeting at very short notice. All
you need to do is…
- nominate a chairperson (who
will be billing recipient for the whole conference)
- await acceptance of your
registration (usually within the hour)
- ask your conference participants
to dial in using an 0870 number and pre-assigned access code.
Free Call service – for your employees or
customers to call in using a 0800 free phone number. It is the conference organiser who will pick up all the
call costs. This is charged at just 20p per
minute per Free Call participant.
Local Call service – for your employees or
customers to call in using a 0845 phone number at local call rates (approx. 4p per minute).
The conference organiser picks up the extra call costs of 16p per
Service – access
PowerPoint presentations, Data Applications, Q&A and other Forms
during your Audio Conference. A flat fee of 25p
per minute is charged in addition to the selected audio option.
service option –
for an extra 5p on the National Call
rate or 4p on the Free Call or Local
Call rate, features such as “meet & greet”, operator
assistance, translation, conference recording etc, can be added
to your Audio Conference. Please ask for a representative to call
you to discuss.
